Hi! I am using the Samsung Galaxy Grand now and am planning to move to the Nexus 4 or 5. I wanted to know the best, easiest and secure way to moving my entire data from the Grand to the Nexus. Please advise.

Hello and welcome to Android Forums! :)

You are able to link your contacts (from your current phone) to your Gmail account - when you associate your new phone with your account, the contacts will automatically be in your new phone.

Your apps are already associated with your Gmail account and will automatically be available once you associate your account with your new phone.

You can download apps to backup your texts (for example, SMS Backup +) - you would then be able to backup your SMS and should be able to restore them to your new phone.

If you want to move pictures, you can either copy them to your computer and then on to your new phone or you can back them up to cloud services (such as Dropbox) and download them to your new device.

I think I've covered everything... post back if not! :D
