Root changing radios...

ok so im looking at flashing Reflex S v2.0.5

they give a download link to a radio but theres a later radio available aswell.. is it worht changing the radios, what does this actually do to the phone

one i just downloaded is 32.56.00.32U_5.17.05.23.zip

ideas before is do it... gonna flash the rom when download finished but need to know about this at same time

Flash the new rom and if the phone works there's no no to flash another radio!
