Just received the 10000 mAH batter- Zerolemmon. This is how I understand the charging directions:
First charge at least 12 hours or until the words-Fully Charged.

Then use the phone down to zero before recharging...repeating this process five more times?

    Is this correct?

I don't think so. I browsed a few of the batteries from Zerolemon and they all look like Li-Ion. If it were the older Ni-MH, I'd say it would be okay, but Li-Ion batteries do not need to be conditioned and deep discharging them multiple times can actually harm them. I'd say just charge it to full once and then use it as you like.
