Charging port

My Huawei P9's charging port is temperamental- when I put the charging cable in it doesn't always charge and sometimes after it is on charge mid way through it stops charging. Any suggestions how to solve this? If it needs to be fixed can anyone recommend companies in the UK? Thanks
