Help Charging Problem

Hi all,

I am having some difficulty with my Flytouch. When I try to charge my tablet with the home charger there is no power to the tablet. I checked the charger cable itself and it is putting out 5v, but the charge light on the tablet does not come on and it does not charge.

Any ideas? Should I try a new charger from radio shack that fits the connection more snug?

Any help would be appreciated.

One thing make sure it is pushed all the way in.

It snaps, so I know it is all the way in. Heading to Radio Shack tomorrow
