My phone is not charging when I plug it in. I'm pretty sure it is a bad plug in port on the phone itself. I bought a wireless Samsung charger and when I lay the phone on it it once to start charging and every so often does but not consistent. It will start charging and then stop and phone will read charging has paused. Does the phone have to be off in order to charge? Any suggestions?
