Charging

Assuming you mean what you asked (that the "charger" is a battery with a capacity of 8000 mA - a battery isn't rated in mAhours), divide 8000 by the mA capacity of the battery. (It'll be a few times less than that, at least, because charging like that usually runs between 50% and 80% efficiency.) And that's assuming that you're charging a fully discharged battery, so it takes the full amount. If you charge the battery when it's down to 50% you'll get twice as many charges.

It's plain arithmetic division, nothing more.
