Help Chinese & Korean Characters on SMS

I receive Chinese and Korean characters in Email from google, or create them on my EVO. I then copy and paste them to send as a text message. If it goes to an EVO, it is fine. If I send it to an iPhone or any non-smartphone they see boxes or smiley face characters. Is there any way to convert these texts into an image (gif, jpg) that could be sent as a slide show?
