Chrome "Take a Tour" page !! go away

I am sure this has been answered before . . . How do I get rid of the "Take a Tour" page when I open Chrome on a new Tab3. It doesn't happen on my other Android devices. Can't find any settings to make it go away. I am signed in the Gmail with chrome and getting my shortcuts etc.

I tapped the little Tab Number indicator in the upper right hand corner and clicked the X in the corner of the tab that the welcome message was on and I haven't seen it since.
