Chrome to Phone Chrome Extension

Have you tried using a bar code scanner? You can scan the one on the chrome to phone project site (see link below):

This may be a silly question but how do you connect the two. I am signed in on google chrome and I have selected the the account to use but the phone says unable to connect. I have obviously missed something. Thanks in advance.

I had that problem too in the beginning. Unfortunately, I'm not sure what happened to fix it. I know I tried it initially and it was unable to connect so I left off for a while.

I may have flashed a new ROM (or several) to my phone before I checked again. It worked then. Sorry I don't have anything more helpful.
