Help Circuit board imprint on screen

I have a strange issue, I think. I was taking some notes with SNote when I noticed in the top right hand corner what looked like a very faint pink trashcan icon. Upon further inspection, it appears to be a circuit board outline. There are also two very pink 1/2" squares along the right hand edge near the bottom of the phone. There are also three equal size and spaced dots on the bottom right hand corner. Very faint, but noticeable on the white backgrounds.
There are there no matter what app is running.

I just went to ATT. They say it is screen burnout. Turns out it is an app that I always have open. Under warranty, I just have to call Samsung.
