Root Citrus Rom

I have a Citrus that the homescreen is blank and it won't let me get to none of the apps, or even the settings.

I have another Citrus that works perfectly fine and was needing to find out how can I take the ROM from the working Citrus and place it on the one that is having problems, so that the one that's having problems can work properly again?

If anyone could help me out, I would greatly appreciate it. In return for helping me out, I would love to share the Verizon Stock ROM off my working Citrus, if that is even possible.
