Help clean master

Strange, I haven't encountered that before.

You can try the following:

1) turn the device off and power back on
2) go into Android Recovery Console and do a cache wipe
3) boot into safe mode and test

If none of these resolve the issue, it's possible the files may have been corrupted. Which means you'll need to recopy the files back to the device.

You also state memory... Was it the RAM you cleared or internal storage? If using Clean Master, I only suggest using it to clear the cache and to hunt down remnant files, nothing else. To clear RAM, just use Android's own built-in task manager. To clear out files, use a file explorer.
