Root cleanup mpcs galaxy light

Love my new Galaxy Light, but metro adds a bunch of junk to android. Does anybody have any tips on how to remove the junk?

Since you're in the Root forum, can I assume that you're rooted? That makes all the difference in the world with what you can remove.
