I saw this, I don't understand it as Sprint owns 51% of Clear. Also would these phones work outside of Clear's small 4G network, would they roam on Sprint? So many questions...

They would work in none 4g areas because they use Sprint's network for 3g and voice.

This can almost be looked at as a way to get people on the Sprint network by using a different company with a different name. Clear also doesn't require a contract for service.

It will be interesting to see if they will price the plans the same as Sprint. I do think it will not have roaming though.
