Help Clearing ICS Notifications

Hi - I have ICS v4.0.3 baseband version T989DTLLE4 rooted. I noticed for some reason that when I clear notifications my notification bar and phone temporarily lock up for about 20-30 seconds. However if I scroll down to see what notifications there are it doesn't do this. It's done this about 3 times. I rebooted the phone after each time just to make sure everything was "cleared out" so to speak.

Hello! Welcome to the Forums =)

Does your device use a SIM-Card? Try:
Turn off phone
Take out SIM
Put SIM back
Turn on

Otherwise if it does not, try updating Kies. If that doesn't work and the problem is bothersome enough, you might think about wiping the cache and a factory reset.
