    Huh

Seems reasonable, given that's a flat out lie as well

    Huh

Err .. pretty hard to kill man given man hadn't yet evolved

The creatures that were around then would struggle to survive now, just as we would struggle to survive in the conditions back then.

A hotter climate certainly suited dinosaurs: that's how they could be so much bigger than the biggest reptiles we have around now.

News flash: we're not dinosaurs

Better how and for what

All those major cities under water, less land for food production, a good chance the most productive land we have now would be desert?

Where's your evidence it would be better for human beings?

Oh that's right! There is none.

Better for the planet, not humans, who like costal citys and agro land.

Less humans, better for planet, well unless the planet needed plastic.

    Lolz

Of course, who has asked the planet latley what it liked?

Summer 2014 is coldest in a decade

Only four days have hit 90 degrees this summer, three in July and one in August, with the hottest temperature on the books clocking in at 91.

The last time the city went without a heat wave – classified as three consecutive days of temperatures higher than 90 degrees – was in 2004.

    Tell me this isn't political:

Obama Pursuing Climate Accord in Lieu of Treaty

The Obama administration is working to forge a sweeping international climate change agreement to compel nations to cut their planet-warming fossil fuel emissions, but without ratification from Congress.

I think NOAA and NASA are more believable than the oil company lackeys.

Weather Channel Co-Founder: 'Hello Everybody! There Is No Global Warming'

"There is no consensus in science," said Coleman. "Science isn’t a vote. Science is about facts. If you get down to the hard cold facts, climate change is not happening. There is no significant man-made global warming now."

The matter has "become a big political point of the Democratic Party," Coleman continued, and he regrets "that it has become political and not scientific, but science is on my side."

Not just that article, but that whole website is a joke. Just click on one of the ads or read the comment section and you'll see that site is basically a National Enquirer for far right wing nuts lol.

What about centuries or 1000s or 10000 or 100000, etc. of years? Oh, that's right, the weather hasn't been measured for a fraction of that. Just messin, its great to go green but there is a lot of hype ...creates jobs though!

I don't think there are any reliable weather reports from ten thousand years ago.

Climatologist: 30-Year Cold Spell Strikes Earth

The earth, he says, is cooling, and cooling fast.
And unless the scientific community and political leaders act soon, cold, dark days are ahead.
Casey says the evidence is clear that the earth is rapidly growing colder because of diminished solar activity.
He says trends indicate we could be headed for colder temperatures similar to those seen in the late 1700s and early 1800s when the sun went into a "solar minimum" — a phenomenon with significantly reduced solar activity, including solar flares and sunspots.
If he's right, that would be very bad news.
"Dark Winter" posits that a 30-year period of cold has already begun. Frigid temperatures, and food shortages that inevitably result, could lead to riots and chaos.

The key phrase I keep seeing in climate arguments, because it's so obvious, is solar activity. If the climate is changing, how can it be our fault? The sun, which provides all our warmth, changes its output at will, and there's nothing us little Earthlings can do about it.

One city, one state, or even one country is irrelevant. 2014 is the hottest year on record globally.

Interesting how the Arctic is losing mass yet the Antarctic is gaining mass. We rarely hear about that.

Siberian Express Grips Midwest, Northeast, South; Four Cities Set All-Time Record Lows

Hundreds of daily record lows and at least three all-time record lows have been set as a frigid air mass with a connection to Siberia grips the central and eastern United States with dangerously cold conditions. Friday morning has brought the most widespread and intense cold of the winter to many areas, sending temperatures into the 30s below zero as far south as Kentucky.
