does anyone know how to disable the clock on the lock screen on android 4.3 also dose anyone know how to remove the rogers logo from the lock screen?

With the lock screen on touch the clock and drag down. It should show a gray box. then touch and hold the box, you'll get the option to remove the clock.

As for the logo, it's probably a custom wallpaper. Not sure what they did to stick it there, but you can get lockscreen replacement apps.
