Root Clockwork Reboot Wont work

So last night I installed the leaked GB ROM and it went fine. I made a backup of my current Fission ROM just in case. After i got my GB working, i restored my nandroid. It worked fine.

Now today i went back to the GB back up so toy around with it some more. Right now I am trying to go back to my Fission back up. I cleared my cache/data..the usual and restored. Every time I restore and hit reboot system now on Clockwork, it just reboots me right into Clockwork again.

This is a major problem and I am hoping someone could help.

Chances are good you'll need to SBF your phone back to stock, THEN restore your nandroid.

I just thought of that after i posted that haha. Doing it now, will post results.
