I recently lost Root while trying to update Clockworkmod from ROM Manager. So, I attempted to do the One-Click Root and it worked at first, but then wouldn't boot back into recovery. I redid it and got recovery back, but now I can't boot into anything other than recovery. When I go to Fastboot it says no NO BOOT OR RECOVERY IMG. I don't have any images on my SD card other than the Superuser.zip which is useless at this point. I tried mounting USB Storage through Clockwork to see if I could transfer a stock image from my computer but it won't mount. It just says "USB Mass Storage device. Leaving this menu unmount your SD card from your PC." I don't know what that means. The SD card isn't even mounted. Am I screwed? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

TL;DR Won't boot. Lost images. Can't mount USB storage in Clockwork Recovery to transfer one over from my PC.

I am reading this and not sure if your phone is operational, if you can even get to recovery. Because I am a new user, I cannot post links or images, but I can make a suggestion. Read over at Android Central, Nexus S4g Forum, look in top section under Rooting, Hacks, etc. There are some stickies there
that should help - rooting, superuser, using ADB, mounting issues, and if all else fails, Stock Nexus for those that need it (I wrote that when I learned the hard way how to fix my phone after I erased everything trying to unlock and root).
    Hope this helps.
