Check out the HK Theme Manager module for Xposed. It lets you use CM themes on stock rom even though its odexed.
At first after rebooting it was a bit buggy and things crashed but it settled down and seems fine now :)
Yet another reason not to custom rom

Is there a central repository, list, or app that organizes what mods are available for Xposed?

I read about xposed a while back but never really played around with it.

The Xposed installer is a lot more comprehensive than I thought it was, thanks!

Because on my samsung phone i use aosp roms to get on the latest android version and have a slicker OS but the kitkat roms dont have many features yet compared to the 4.3 ones so i use xposed to add what i need.
The nexus is on the latest and most stable android rom anyway so i dont need a custom rom. Xposed does what i need.
Also, because xposed is modular, i can pick and choose what features i do and dont need and each module apk is being updated individually so theres no need to flash a nightly/weekly just to get one improvement.
I honestly think using a clean stable or stock rom, custom kernel, and a framework is gona be the future of modding.
Another nice thing about xposed modules is that titanium backs them up with their settings so when you clean flash a new rom, its really easy to get all your customisations back :)

HK isnt ready yet peeps. Too buggy.
The worst and weirdest bug was that it kept putting the tab into airplane mode lol
Hopefully it will improve though :)

Future of moding will be the same as it is today coding on top of more coding anyways I respect your choice and what you are missing out on I will probably try the cm themes on top of stock on my n5 when it gets here

    Lol cool.
What am i missing out on though? Im a bit of a flashoholic so im constantly checking out the latest roms from the big (and small) dev teams on my phone and i cant see how any will improve my n7. The grouper does need a bit of added "pep" but a kernel provides that imo.
Im totally not anti custom rom, i just havent seen a reason yet :)
P.s, im jealous of the n5 lol

Another benefit I can see using Xposed framework.. Any changes you dont like you can simply disable the hook in question and carry on like nothing ever happened.

If it were a custom rom or modded rom you were trying then not only would you be out the time trying it then you would also have to spend more time restoring a nandroid and tweaking things based upon when you last did it.

The Xposed framework is a very user friendly and can implement drastic systems changes with an easy out if it sucks.

    It's a tweakers dream.

I have been running the latest Omnirom on my grouper via multirom, it is coming along nicely.

I have become very fond of Franco Kernel r75 now that I am on 4.3 stock rooted, fond as in the kernel is very stable without tweaking and I bought the FK app just the other day to support it's development.

Only issue I can see right now is the multirom app is reporting FK r75 isnt Kexec patched, dont know if that is a bug or fact just yet as I have not tested it.

The kexec patch is needed for multirom to function properly. It basically allows muiltirom to insert what kernel needs to boot into the device ram when you choose what ROM you want to boot. The device can successfully restart to properly initialize and then boot the kernel multirom inserted.
