I never had a problem with running out of space until I flashed cm10
Under storage it say I'm only using 300 megs out of a over a gig.

It wouldn't even save the screen shot is there a setting I'm missing?

It's probably the wimax/4G logs in the /data/wimax/log directory.

Flash this zip file in recovery which will delete and recreate that directory and then mark it immutable so no more logs accumulate and you should be fine.

Diagnostic logs for WiMax/4G. Probably not useful unless you are debugging that code so I wouldn't bother to back them up. should you need to write to that directory without doing a clean flash of the ROM you can use this zip file to remove the immutable attribute.
