No. Scott Pilgrim Awesomeness uses Zefie's kernel for the Optimus S, which when run on a Vortex will give you no display.
I've tried pretty much any ROM worth trying made for other Optimus phones.
Zefie's Optimus V kernel will boot and OC works, however the accelerometer and WiFi will be broken if not more. aospCMod for the Optimus V will run but I think it uses Zefie's Optimus V kernel which leaves you with the above issues, and on top of that it refuses to connect to the cell towers for me. EDIT: I forgot, this one actually had working WiFi!
If you want CM7 Gingerbread you'll have to find somebody that will port it specifically for the Vortex, because if you try anything built for another Optimus device you'll always run into a problem of some sort.
