collaborative notes app

anyone know of a collaborative notes / checklist app (ie that multiple users can work on)

I know evernote allows collaboration but their android app is brutal (but to be fair the new beta looks great if a little buggy right now)

but excluding them ... any ideas?

Just an update to help anyone else out

evernote allows you to share out a notebook - hte sharer must be a premium user

remember the milk allows collaborate notes - again you need to be a premium user

I see google were asking for feature suggestions to fix up the desperately underpowered and neglected google tasks - collaborative features was voted high as a wanted feature
