Help companionlink google to outlook birthdays

am synchronizing Google calendar to Outlook 2003 using Companionlink. My birthdays and anniversaries transfer into Outlook one day earlier than on Google.

For instance: My friend Ed's birthday is 2/25 on Google calendar, but it shows up in Outlook on 2/24. All other anniversaries/birthdays show the same error.

What is the solution?

Kvs, double check your time zone settings both in Google and also on your PC. Make sure they match. It is not uncommon for all-day events to be one day off if there is a mismatch of even one time zone or daylight time.
