Help Computer Not Recognizing Note 2 Anymore (USB Device Not Recognized Message)

Ok so all of a sudden over the weekend, my Note 2 is not being recognized by my laptop. This is how I transfer my music to my phone. Via the USB. It will charge but it won't won't let me read the SD card and the phone. And I have plugged my USB stick to the laptop and it works. So it's not the USB ports. I have also tried a different laptop and same thing. And I have used 2 different usb cords, one being the Samsung one that came with the phone.

Any help on this? This has never happened to me in my 3 year of owning an Android. Starting with the Evo.
