Hi, I have an Nexus 7 and and a Galaxy S3. I have a problem. Sometimes, I tether the Nexus to my Galaxy during my commute (using the personal hotspot facility). Normally, this eats little more of my data allowance than just using the Galaxy instead. However, to the Nexus, this is just another WiFi connection, so if a large (or several large) application update happens to be pushed out while I'm doing this, it eats a bug chunk out of my mobile data. Accordingly, is there any way (via an App, perhaps) I can use to control what can and cannot be done via given Wifi connection. For example, allow my Nexus to do anything over the home and office WiFi connections but stop applications working when using my Galaxy as a personal hotspot?
