Connect Motorola Droid to BlueAnt ST3 bluetooth device

I tried to connect a Droid to a BlueAnt ST3 in-car bluetooth device. The Droid found the ST3 but would not connect. Any suggestions?

Do you have any other Bluetooth devices also paired with your Droid? If so, unpair the other device(s) and try to connect with your ST3 again.....

I connected just fine with my ST3...made sure I was in the pairing mode of my ST3...searched with my Droid then input 0000 when needed....connected on its own every time afterward....

I added another device (Jawbone) and I couldn't connect to my ST3 afterward....removed the other device and now I'm back to connecting fine...
