Get a new better quality USB cable.

Yeh, try a better quality USB cable. The ones that come with Lenovos are very cheapo and could be unreliable, if that's what you're using.

Any new USB cable will do, all the USB cables, even the mot expensive ones, will become loose after a certain period of time.

USB cables when they're new should be fine. However I know what usually comes with Lenovos and other budget Chinese devices, may not be the highest quality or reliable in the long term. Like they soon go loose, internal connections break, go intermittent, etc.

Is it disconnecting and reconnecting when you move or disturb the phone?

Another thing is, try another USB port, or even another computer. In case the PC's USB ports are flaky.
