I recently changed the charging port on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3. Since then I haven't been able to connect to my carriers network or make calls. My carrier tried to reset the APN but it wasn't successful. After taking my phone to the local carrier, they saw no issues with my SIM card either. Is it possible that the charging port I ordered has cause me not to be able to connect to my cell phone carriers network? Is my phone ruined? Please help!!!
