connection time out error

Hi all,

I have downloaded the SDK revision 6. When i tried to add sdk components, I got the error

Failed to fetch URL https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/repository.xml,
reason: Connection timed out: connect

I tried with http also, but error is still there.

When i went to this link through IE and mozilla both, I got xml code.

Can any body help in this please? How can i proceed?
