Hi all, I will try to describe the problem
My phone goes into a state of being unresponsive many times per day, usually happens at battery levels 20-0% but can happen at any battery level.
- press the power button to activate screen and screen remains black despite being powered on. device may respond to button presses 10 minutes later.
- when trying to type a message it is painfully slow and a single keyboard press can take 20 seconds to register
- after phone restarts it will work fine, but then become unstable at seemingly random times.
- error message occurs saying "the process system has stopped working"
factory reset of the phone did not remedy the problem.
any ideas ?
