Verizon Wireless has the highest customer satisfaction, while AT&T has the lowest rating among all U.S. wireless carriers, according to Consumer Reports. Frankly, the result is no surprise to me.

I'm sure AT&T wouldn't be the lowest if they included prepaid U.S. wireless carriers. :p

Verizon's service in my area (New Orleans) is awesome. AT&T and Sprint are horrible. As for T-Mobile I don't think I actually know anyone with T-Mobile, lol.

It all really depends on how well the competition does in your area. Verizon is the best for coverage, so they are like the constant to be based off of. Sprint in my area is pretty good. The cell service is usually 3 bars +. But the 3G sucked when I joined in June. But now 3G is decent, 4G is good and is in most of the places I go. And the bill is $25 cheaper than my Verizon bill was, plus I have unlimited texting, where I didn't with Verizon. Plus an extra 300 minutes I didn't have with VZW.

But if the Sprint cell service was just horrible, then I wouldn't have left VZW. It's a phone, first and foremost.
