Hello, at work we use Samsung S3 and S4s. We active sync with Exchange/Outlook (versions 2007). The issue I we are having is the phones do not search the name field only, they appear to search all fields.
Meaning, if I search for John Doe and John Doe is referenced in the notes field in other records I will have multiple returns. It can take more than 5 minutes for my search to be returned (a long time if I need to call someone in a hurry). How can I set the search for the Name field only and not all fields in a record? I believe this will speed up the returns since it will not search an entire record and we have over 8,000 records, as well as limit my returns.
