Hi
I've had my Samsung Galaxy S i9000 for a month and up until a few days ago it's been an amazaing machine.
What's transpired is that my phone contacts simply vanished a few days ago. The only data remaining are gmail accounts and a few whatsapp accounts, however the rest have disappeared.
I've tried a few things:
- checked 'display options' to esnure all categories were checked
- turned off the handset, removed battery and SD card and restarted
- connected the phone to laptop to see if I could pick up my contact list
Nothing has worked. Years of contact info gone. Don't know if it's a faulty phone, or if the 'smartphone' is too fancy for it's own good.
If anyone can offer insight I'd appreciate it! Thank you.
