I bought a used incredible and synced my contacts. When I go into someones contact info, both mobile and home numbers are there and also an option to call or send a message to the numbers. Well you can't send text messages to a land line, so why is this option there and is there a way to delete this option?
    Thanks

Have you tried sending a text to a landline? When I do it here (UK) the phone rings and when you answer it the message is read out by an automated voice.

I don't want the option to send a text to a land line. Would just like to delete it.

In some messaging apps (not sure about the one on the DInc) there is an option to only show mobile numbers for contacts. That would solve your problem from the messaging side, I expect that there is no way to change it if you're in the Contacts apps.
