contacts missing from Favorites wizard

I use the 'favorites' wizard for most of my calls and messages. Recently most of my contacts will dissapear from my favorites list, leaving the first two favorites. The only change I am aware of recently is that I have used a Verizon dock a time or two. I initially thought that might be the issue and have not used it, but still seem to be loosing contacts.

Any ideas?
