Hey I am new here, I was wondering if anyone else has had their contacts, messaging, and phone icons disappear from the home screen menu. I can't seem to find a way to restore them, is there anything I can do to fix it without a hard reset or is that the best thing I can do?

    Thanks!

Are you running stock Touchwiz, or something else like LauncherPro?

Have you tried dropping them back onto your homescreen?

I am not running root or anything like that, just factory, I would be interested in rooting, but I haven't done anything like that before. I can drop them onto the screen, just not restore them to the bottom tab.

Go into your apps, hit menu, then edit. Find what you want on you app bar and while still in apps drag them back to the bottom.
