I have installed LG pc suite in my PC and trying to sync phone with MS outlook 2007 to take backup of my contacts. But I can see only SMS(in the phone memory) no contacts info syncing. When I try to sync contacts getting error " Phone is not ready or No response from Phone". I exported the contacts from SIM to SD memory. Can you please help?
