Is there a app that detects when a cop is near you? I skate and its known for cops to stop skaters but lately theyve been bringing up the heat in this one skate park and if you dont wear a helmet theyll give you a ticket. Which is really stupid but whatever. So yea getting off topic now - Is their a app?

    FOR REAL?!
How about an app that warns us of skaters approaching so we know when to stick an arm or leg out when they go zipping by & invading everyone else's personal space?* ;)

    * JUST JOKING,LULU! Skaters are welcome here, just like anyone else is! :)

I know they have a app for speed traps and what not. Not sure if they have one for just cops locations.

There's an app called free radio scanner (not sure if that's the actual name) but it connects to your local/county police radio, like you can hear the dispatchers telling the police where to go. It's pretty cool, if you know the police codes.

    Edit: It's called scanner radio.

If it's an actual skatepark, like rails and ledges and stuff, then cops have no right to say anything.

Ahh, I see. That's completely ridiculous, but I guess if it's a city park, they have the right to do that.

I certainly didn't. Though there was that one time when I wished I wore one.... Had a bump for a week! :p

    Can't believe I haven't skated for 16 or 17 years. :O Oh to be 14 again...
