Copy N' Paste on a text mssg

I know this question has been asked before but i want to know if i can do that from the stock sms application

i.e. I was asking my friend for her address and she sent it to me on a text, i wanted to copy it and paste it on my sprint navigation system but i couldn't find the copy option


any ideas??

You can't from a text, a workaround is to forward the text and then long press in the edible form.

I'd suggest using handsent sms app, its better all around and let's you do what you're asking for.
