Support Correct CPU on EVO????

    I loaded Quadrant Standard and under system info it shows my cpu as a ARMv7 Processor rev2 (v71) is this the same as a snapdragon cpu?? any info would be appreciated.:thinking::thinking::thinking:

    The Evo does indeed contain the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8650, manufactured under license by TSMC using a 65 nm process.

    The Android native development kit (for the OS programmers) as I recall recognizes ARM4 and ARM7 architectures.

    The Snapdragon is really a modified ARM design - most of today's super processors are modified ARM8 types. You could call them modified ARM7 or modified ARM8 and not be wrong.
