First off - I know this may seem like a dumb question but after every app i use, no matter what it is, i always use taskpanel and kill whatever may be running. I have several important apps on my ignore list so i'm not killing any required processes. But will the effort i put into opening up taskpanel and killing these apps millions of times a day in turn affect my battery life? If so, positively or negatively?

Also, is it bad to charge your phone when the battery is only at lets say 40%? Lately i've just been turning it off before i go to bed, but by 6p.m. the next day it'll be dead. I've heard if you charge your phone when its not close to dead it can damage the battery. Is this true?

Finally, what protective devices do you use on your phone? I got a screen protector that was a total pain in the ass to put on, but i like it. I also got a rubber thing that goes around it but it's frustrating when it get stuck in my jean pockets... Any ideas on a better protective case?
