Craigslist, Social Network, or Other?

Just curious: in your opinion, what do you think PebbleBox is? Is it a more buffed up version of Craigslist? A map-based social network? Or something else?

looks like craigslist to me but just not as popular yet. In fact there was nothing for my area at all.
