    I get it every so often. I felt the physical buttons were a drawback when i made my purchase.

    all 4 of my buttons are creaky, sounds like they need some oiling!

    On my original Charge, the Home and Back buttons were sticky with little to no spring back and made weird sounds. Brought it back to the store for a replacement.
