Creating a new OS using android kernel

Hello to everyone
I am new to this forum as well as android.I am making a mobile OS with android kernel and java.I know max things of OS functioning,call etc.But i dont know how to start making OS.So i want you all to help me.
Anything related to mobile OS is accepted

I have gone through this.This is only kernel i'll work with Ubuntu.but according to android there should be 4 layers.first kernel,libraries,application framework and user apps.
Now i am asking how to start from libraries........

Are we talking about a new OS from scratch? Or are you looking to make a custom ROM for a specific handset?

Should be interesting.
It will take a while, about 100 people worked on the original Android (1.0) but it still took them a year.

Try read some about Operative Systems first.. This is nothing that is easy.. You will need to take ur time and learn about how Operative Systems works.. Try get some book or just read on google.. That is my advice.

so,can u help me in creating os and also i have read about os wat all functions it has ,algorithms etc.......

The fact that you are asking how to build a new OS tells me you have limited knowledge in programming and understand how an operating system works. I suggest you try creating an app to start.

Im sure even the most advanced App descriptors (say that work for rovio) have no idea how to make a complete OS
