Crushing the TMo/Optimus 2X Rumor?

With all the hype of 4G phones, I wonder what happened to the Optimus 2X that was coming to T-Mobile in March? Why haven't we heard anything espescially with the other carriers launching dual-core phones? I'm thinking: since we are hearing about the G-Slate due in March and the Optimus 2X isn't outfitted with TMo 4G radios its about time to squash this rumor.

What do y'all think?

Look in Anandtech's review of the LG 2x at 16:45, all the way at the end when he is going through the various engineering tests the LG has. A test labelled "TMO CMT" test whizzes by at 16:45, which I believe refers to a test to see if the 2100 mhz reception signal is interfering with television broadcast auxilliary service trasmission/reception, which is also right around 2100 mhz.

is the video. Look after the gyro test.

http://www.kint98.com/sbe38/tmobile/T-MOBILE_Presentation_2010.pdf

details the rationale for the needing of the test to make sure there is no interference. Not definitive, but suggestive.
