Crystal Icons ONLY

Does anyone have a suggestion on how/where to get crytal icons. No color to them...just silver transparent. I dont want to change the theme as that is already perfect. I just want the icons on my homescreens to be silver/transparent (see the wallpaper fuzzied behind them). Thanks for any suggestions!

Did you have any luck? I believe me and you are looking for the same type of color-less icons? .. Let me know & will keep you posted if I find anything.
