Hi all, I'm trying to read a .CSV file, which I believe is an excel file. I have office suite but how to I choose it to read the file? I tried long pressing but the option to read it using office suite isn't available. I'm a tablet newb so sorry if this is a stupid question.
Open Office Suite first, select where the csv file is (ExtSdCard or Internal storage), browse to the file location and tap on the file, leave the CSV settings alone and tap OK. This worked for me. A CSV file is a comma delimited text file. All fields are separated by a comma. Excel is normally used to view the file on a PC because of it's ability to create multiple fields.
You can also try Default App Manager Lite to see if you can make those files open directly with your Office app.
