I woke up this morning, unplugged my evo, checked my mail, texts, and facebook, went to this site in the browser, and after 10 minutes i was at 90%. So I went to work.

I un-installed my auto task killer, set manual sync to everything, auto brightness disabled the "always on" mobile data connection, turned off all toggles (bluetooth, gps, wifi), and some smaller tweaks. Here are my results so far:

    Update 1:
The phone has been off the charger for 2 and a 1/2 hours now. Sent about 5 texts, took a picture, did some web browsing, sent some emails, and made 1 call. 90%

    Update 2:
5 hours later, I am now at 65% with moderate use.

    Update 3:
so a little over 6 hours and its at 63%.

    Update 4:
Just under 8 hours. in the past 2 hours, moderate texting, web browsing, played some games. 59%

    Update 5:
over 10 hours, 47%. who can complain with that? i went all day and im just barely under 50%.
